Listed below are some of my favorite fine dining restaurants in Singapore. The food taste, service and ambience added together really makes these places one of a kind.
1.Garibaldi – Italian Restaurant & Bar
If you are looking for a restaurant serving Italian dishes, fine steak and unique cocktails, this is the place for you. Hands down… this is my favorite restaurant in Singapore.
The restaurant always starts of with a complimentary appetizer. The small dish created by the chef is different at each visit and of course, you will never find it on their menu.
Awarded One Michelin Star in 2017, this Italian restaurant serves a various selection of pasta. The good thing about this restaurant is that, their poultry is equally as good. Therefore, if pasta is not to your liking, definitely give their steaks a go.

Located in the majestic Goodwood Park Hotel, this One Michelin star restaurant serves you grilled poultry and seafood like no other.
The ambience is so classy and grand. And to add in to the classy vibe, their service is top notch.
Besides providing amazing service, their food here is quality and so delicious. They do provide a complimentary starter and bread as well. The sourdough bread though….
Although the bread is unlimited, remember to save your appetite for their Foie Gras. The restaurant offers a plethora of grilled meat and seafood selection and the dishes are very much French-inspired.

Although this restaurant is a bit more casual, nonetheless I will definitely still recommend this place for their food quality and unconventional fusion dishes.
Located next to JW Marriot South Beach hotel, this restaurant brings Japanese food to another level. You are still able to get very quality Japanese dishes here even though it is a Fusion restaurant.
However, the fusion food in this restaurant is still the highlight and a must try. Their wide variety of Japanese food with a twist of American and Korean fusion taste in it really makes this place one of a kind.

If you are looking for modern French cuisine in Singapore then Gunthers Restaurant is definitely the place to dine in. Located in Purvis Street, this classy restaurant serves amazing Cold Angel Hair topped with caviar.
If you enjoy Truffle or Caviar in your dishes, try out this restaurant. Most of their dishes are garnished with these lovely ingredients.
Upon ordering our food, the waiter came out with literally a trolley filled with their fresh catch of the day. Its nice that there is an option to order the fresh catch or their usual item on the menu.
At the end of our dining experience, the Belgium chef, Chef Gunther Hubrechsen himself came out to greet us and get feedback on the food. Not too sure if it was pure coincidence though. But I felt honored to meet him in person.

Just base on the name of this restaurant, you know that you are going to find good steak in here. Located in the beautiful Swissotel at Stamford Road, the sophisticated restaurant serves a good selection of premium steak to pair with a glass of fine wine.
Pair up their loaf of toasted bread with their lobster bisque. It has a creamy velvety rich lobster taste. And the bread is thick enough to soak up the soup.
Don’t judge the bare plate that looks like its just a piece of meat garnished with some leaves. Trust me…. their steak alone is delicious. You wouldn’t even need the sauces they provide.
